ALF DEBATES TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATIONS IN THE SPECIALIZED FINANCING SECTOR
The Forum of the Portuguese Leasing, Factoring and Renting Association (ALF) will take place on the 8th of May at the SANA Lisboa Hotel, starting at 9.30 and with the main theme “The Technological Innovation in the Financial Sector – Challenges and Opportunities”.
The event, which is already the largest gathering of the specialized financing sector in Portugal, will have the participations of the Portuguese Central Bank Administrator, Hélder Rosalino, the President of CIP’s Strategic Council for the Digital Economy, Pedro Duarte, the co-founder of Raize, Afonço Eça, the founder of Tech4fin – Algorithms for Finance, José Morera, and the Advisory Partner of PwC, Miguel Fernandes.
According to Paulo Pinheiro, ALF’s president, “the 2018 edition of the Forum will be used to analyze the impact that technological development has had on the sector and mainly, to list the benefits that these new paragons and tools represent for companies which use Leasing, Factoring and Renting, such as digitalization and acceleration of processes or access to more efficient mobility solutions, for example”.
